Greatest cycling achievement High Beech age 8. Applecross '11 out of 10 greatest high climbs in the UK', sea level to 2nd highest road in uk some 650mtrs.
Helped Marshalling 300 French cyclist coming for the Olympics from Beijing
(Newhaven to London via Crawley more  100 miles in 2 days)

Drove a car in Mongolia age 5!
Plus extreme dinning initiation Gobi desert

Coast To Coast Carlisle to Newcastle. (Lewis and Dwight)
Raid Pyrenean 400 miles in 100 hours Atlantic French coast over Pyrenees to Carcassone Mediterranean

Worries:-
 administration,
weather,
finding enough places to stay at the places 50 miles apart.
Whats riding 50 miles a day for weeks like. Will we have enough energy to visitall the great places enroute
Carrying to much weight and unnecessary junk. and vise versa.

Why this trip.
We have traveled many places in the world but seeing all the many and varied places in the UK is not to be missed.
Riding UK without all the support of a following van or car. Being self reliant and not using loads of carbon!
What a great way to meet many generous and hospitable people .. hope it rubs off.
